  The Wife and I were treated to a Spa day here, and overall, it was a lovely day. This included use of the spa facilities a 1 hour treatment session and afternoon tea.
  
  They had 7 different sauna rooms, 3 dry heat of varied temperature, a eucalyptus steam, a rose steam, Ice room, and a salt therapy room. There were foot spas with heated stone seats, two hydrotherapy pools, a main swimming pool and the place was littered with warm stone resting chairs.
  
  Some areas were very new, others showing age, but it was a clean and pleasant environment in which to spend time.
  
  The treatment I had was a back neck and shoulder massage, with men's facial. This was very good and carried out by a very pleasant young lady, who must have realised I was new to this whole pampering day thing.
  
  Afternoon tea was a bit weird, the room is an off shoot of the treatment waiting room, cramped with no windows, the sandwiches were good, the cakes basic off the shelf tray sponges sliced and the cream for the scones was not clotted, which I saw as a bit of a travesty. It was all fresh and nice, just basic.
  
  So over all, a great relaxing day, and I will definitely go again.
