  Very poor quality training, bad power point, poor videos and incomplete vague training methods. The 2 men who run this outfit charge for first class training but fail to deliver. They take no PRIDE in their work or if they do they have a low standard. I found we had constant tea breaks and finished early every day. The training materials we at best poor we had to print our own materials off and no workbooks where issued only A4 and a pen.
  
  They appears on their own video but unfortunately the sound and picture quality reflect their efforts shabby offices shabby training
